Welcome to our Assumption Faith Formation Family for the 2025-26 Year!

Once you click the registration link below, you will pick the Faith Formation class time you want for your child’s upcoming grade and then complete the online registration form separately for each child (online form fills in prior info for second child).

Once you are done, click on the payment link to take you to our online payment system for payment. (choose one time – religious ed tuition- and write family name in comments when paying). Fees are $240 for one child, $310 for two children, $380 for three or more. In addition, there is a Communion fee of $40 for Level 2 and a Confirmation fee of $75 for Level 8. Payment or a payment agreement must be made for registration to be complete. Any previous outstanding registration fee must be paid prior to this year’s registration.

Please notify us if there are any hardships. Please note that a 20% discount is available for catechist assistants and office help. Additionally, those volunteering as catechists can register one child or grandchild for free for each class they teach.

Based on our past registration numbers, we are offering three class times for levels 1-2-3-4 and 6, two class times for levels 5, 7, and 8, and one class time for kindergarten.
